Shipping & Returns
Shipping your package
Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment. They are shipped via Mondial relay with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
